Cloud9 is a UK third-party fulfilment company based in Sheffield. We store your pet stock, then pick, pack and dispatch orders as they come in. Pet brands rarely sell one thing. A single order might be a bag of food, a toy, a grooming kit or a tub of supplements, and the health and grooming lines need batch and date control that the toys do not. We handle the whole range from one warehouse, so you are not splitting your stock across suppliers.

Pet supplements, treats and medicated grooming products are not the same as toys. They carry batch numbers and dates, and some need to go out in date order. We track batch and expiry at SKU level on those lines and rotate stock so the oldest goes first, the same way we handle human supplements. We store and ship general-sale pet health, supplement and grooming products. Prescription veterinary medicines sit outside what we cover.
