We track batch and expiry at SKU level and rotate stock so the oldest goes out first, which means nothing ships close to its date and we can trace a batch if it needs pulling. Fragile lines like glass bottles and compacts are packed to survive transit. We store and ship general beauty and cosmetics; responsibility for product compliance, including labelling and safety information, sits with you as the brand.
