Cloud9 is a UK third-party fulfilment company based in Sheffield. We store your supplements, vitamins and wellness products, then pick, pack and dispatch orders as they come in. Health products come with rules that ordinary fulfilment does not think about. Batches need tracking. Older stock needs to go out first so nothing sits past its date. A CBD line has its own handling to get right. This page pulls supplements, vitamins and wellness into one place because they share those needs, and because two older pages were competing for the same searches. This is the single home for all of it.

We have stored and shipped CBD products before, so it is a category we can handle. We do not hold a specific CBD accreditation, so we will always be straight with you about what we cover.

Supplements are not ambient homeware. If a batch needs recalling, or a date is approaching, you need to know exactly which stock is where. We track batch and expiry at SKU level and rotate stock so the oldest goes out first, which means we can tell you where any batch is if it ever needs pulling.
CBD: we have stored and shipped CBD products before, so it is a category we know. We do not currently hold a specific CBD accreditation. If your product needs particular certification or handling, tell us and we will be upfront about what we can and cannot cover, rather than promise something we do not have in place.
