Cloud9 is a UK third-party fulfilment company based in Sheffield. Rework and QC is where our hands-on approach earns its keep. When a delivery arrives mislabelled, mixed, damaged in transit or simply not built the way it needs to be, we inspect it, sort it and put it right, so it goes back into sellable stock rather than out to a customer as a complaint. Because we do this by hand rather than push everything through a machine, we can take on the awkward jobs the big warehouses turn away.
Stock that arrives damaged, mixed or not matching the count. We check it in, flag the shortfall early and set aside what cannot be sold.
Wrong labels, missing barcodes or out-of-date information, relabelled to your spec so the product is sellable again rather than written off.
Returned items inspected, graded and either put back into sellable stock or set aside, so a return never goes straight back out with a fault.
Product re-sorted, re-kitted or repackaged for a new channel, a retailer's requirements or a fresh promotion.
The delivery or batch comes in and we check it against what it should be, so we understand the scale of the job before we start rather than finding out halfway through.
We confirm what needs doing, how, and what it will cost before we run the full quantity, so the approach is one you have signed off, not a surprise.
Sorting, relabelling, repackaging or correcting, unit by unit, with a checking stage so nothing faulty slips back into your sellable stock.
Corrected stock goes back into your inventory ready to ship, or straight out on the next order, with what we found and did recorded for you.

Tell us what has come in and what it needs, and we will tell you how we would handle it and what it would cost. A short call is usually enough to scope the job.
