The questions we get asked most by brands who've been through a large provider already.

We're a big account. Are you big enough to take us on?
Fair question, and we'd rather answer it straight than dodge it. We'll tell you honestly whether your volume fits what we can run properly. If it doesn't, we'll say so on the first call rather than take you on and let service slide. What we won't do is treat you as a number once you're in.
We're with a large provider already. Why move?
Usually because the service you signed up for isn't the service you're getting. Big providers chase the next contract, and existing accounts feel it. We're self-funded and founder-led, so we're not growing at the expense of the clients we already have.
How does your pricing work?
You pay for three things: storage for your stock, a per-order fee for each pick, pack and send, and a fixed weekly account fee for your named contact and running your account. Postage is charged at cost on top. Tell us what you're shipping and we'll quote you, usually the same working day.
Will you cope with our peak?
We plan capacity around your busy periods well ahead, and we agree it before you commit. The reason peaks go wrong elsewhere is that nobody planned them in June.
What happens when something goes wrong?
You speak to the person who can fix it, not a queue. That's the whole point of working with an operation this size.
